Description
Product License Manager Pro for WordPress Products
Product License Manager Pro organizes license keys, customers, products and activation records in WordPress. It suits developers and digital product businesses that need to see which customer owns a key, what it unlocks and whether it is still active. This WordPress license manager also brings payment activity, reports and email templates into the same administrative workflow.
Manage Keys and Activation Limits
The license table can be searched by key or customer and filtered by status, product or plan. Each record shows the associated customer and product, activation usage, creation date and expiry. Status summaries distinguish active licenses from those nearing expiry or already expired.
When creating a key, choose the customer, product, plan, license type and activation limit. Set an expiry date or mark the key as non-expiring. This makes it possible to maintain different access arrangements for the products your business supplies without keeping a separate spreadsheet for each one.
Connect License Records to Your Workflow
- Customer and product records: keep the relationships behind each key available when reviewing a support request or an activation.
- Payment activity and reports: review license-related activity and use the paid reporting and export tools for a closer look at the records.
- Email templates: manage reusable wording for license communication from the dashboard.
- REST API: connect your own code to license validation, activation and deactivation, product update checks and download delivery. Enable the endpoint groups your integration uses.
Install the plugin in WordPress, then configure products and licensing rules for your workflow. The screen that activates Product License Manager itself is separate from the License Key screen used to issue keys for your own products. API integrations should use HTTPS on live websites.
