This Licenses Policy explains the licensing terms that apply to products purchased through WP License Pro.

WP License Pro provides original WordPress plugins, themes, WooCommerce extensions, and other digital products with genuine license activation. Our products are not provided as nulled, cracked, or license-bypassed versions.

1. Original Product Licenses

Products offered through WP License Pro include an original license for the applicable product.

The majority of our products are activated using an original License Key or Activation Code, allowing the product to verify the license through its licensing system.

We do not replace official license activation with cracks, modified files, license bypasses, or other unofficial activation methods.

2. Not Nulled or GPL-Only Products

WP License Pro does not sell products as nulled, cracked, or modified versions.

Our service should also not be confused with websites that simply redistribute WordPress products under the GPL without providing the applicable commercial license activation.

Customers purchasing a licensed product from WP License Pro receive the original product together with the license activation included with their purchase.

3. License Keys and Activation

For most products, license activation is completed using a License Key or Activation Code associated with the product.

Depending on the product, WP License Pro may enter or apply the required license information directly on the customer’s WordPress website.

The license key itself, private licensing credentials, or account information used to provide the activation are not necessarily transferred or disclosed to the customer.

The customer receives the licensed activation and usage rights included with the purchase.

4. Products That Use Account Connection

A smaller number of products do not use a traditional License Key or Activation Code.

Instead, these products may require the customer’s website to be connected directly to the product’s licensing service or account system.

In these cases, WP License Pro completes the required connection or activation using the method supported by the product.

The activation method may therefore differ between products, but this does not change the customer’s applicable license entitlement.

5. Original Files and Updates

Products provided through WP License Pro include original product files obtained from the official product source.

We do not intentionally modify product files to bypass licensing restrictions.

Where updates are included with the purchased license, eligible updates are provided through the product’s update system after successful activation, where supported.

For WordPress products, this may include automatic updates directly through the WordPress dashboard.

6. License Duration and Activation Limits

The license type and duration depend on the individual product.

Products may include Lifetime, Annual, Renewable, or other license terms as specified on the product page.

A product is considered Lifetime only when it is specifically identified as a Lifetime License.

Each purchase is also subject to the number of website activations included with the product or package.

The license type, duration, update entitlement, and activation limits displayed on the product page at the time of purchase apply to that order.

7. License Usage

Customers may use their purchased license within the website and activation limits included with their order.

Customers may not extract, share, sell, publish, or distribute private license keys, activation credentials, account information, or other protected licensing information.

Customers must not attempt to bypass activation limits or use a purchased activation beyond the rights included with their order.

License transfers, domain changes, and reactivations are governed by our License Activation Policy.

8. Changes to Third-Party Products

The products available through WP License Pro are developed and maintained by third-party developers.

Developers may change their licensing systems, activation methods, update systems, product availability, or licensing terms over time.

Such changes are outside the reasonable control of WP License Pro. Where an existing activation is affected, we will make reasonable efforts to review the issue and determine whether an available solution can be provided.

Any applicable refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy.

9. Product-Specific License Terms

Licensing conditions may differ from one product to another.

Customers should review the applicable product page before purchasing to confirm the license type, duration, number of website activations, update entitlement, and any product-specific conditions.

The licensing information displayed on the product page at the time of purchase applies to that order.
