These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the WP License Pro website, customer account, digital products, license activation services, downloads, subscriptions, packages, support services, and other services made available through our website.
By accessing the website, creating an account, or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the policies referenced within them.
If you do not agree with these terms, please do not purchase or use our services.
1. About Our Services
WP License Pro provides digital products and license activation services for WordPress plugins, themes, WooCommerce extensions, and other related products.
Products may include original installation files, license activation, updates, or other features according to the specific terms displayed on the applicable product page.
License types, durations, update entitlements, activation limits, and other product conditions may vary between products.
Customers should review the applicable product page before completing a purchase.
2. Customer Accounts
Customers may create an account to access their dashboard, orders, downloads, licenses, activations, support requests, and other available services.
You are responsible for providing accurate information and maintaining the security of your account credentials.
You must not share your account credentials with unauthorized third parties or allow another person to misuse your account.
You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless the activity resulted from circumstances outside your reasonable control.
If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, please contact us promptly.
3. Orders and Purchases
Before completing an order, you are responsible for reviewing the product information, including its license type, duration, activation limits, update entitlement, price, and any product-specific conditions.
An order is considered successfully placed after the applicable payment process has been completed and the order has been accepted by our system.
We reserve the right to cancel or reject an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving payment failure, pricing or technical errors, suspected fraud, abuse, product unavailability, or circumstances that prevent us from providing the purchased service.
Where an order is cancelled by WP License Pro before the purchased product or service has been delivered, any applicable payment will be handled in accordance with our Refund Policy and applicable law.
4. Prices and Payments
Prices are displayed on the website and may change from time to time.
The price applicable to an order is generally the price displayed at the time the purchase is completed, subject to correction of obvious pricing or technical errors where permitted by applicable law.
WP License Pro may support payment methods including credit or debit cards, PayPal, Stripe, Paddle, cryptocurrency, bank transfer, and other payment methods made available during checkout.
Some payments are processed by independent third-party payment providers and may also be subject to their applicable terms.
Customers are responsible for any taxes, currency conversion costs, banking charges, blockchain network fees, or other charges that apply to their transaction where applicable.
5. Digital Products and Downloads
Products purchased through WP License Pro may include access to an original downloadable installation file.
Download access is provided to the customer who purchased the applicable product and must not be shared, published, redistributed, resold, or made available to unauthorized third parties.
Detailed rules concerning product files, download access, re-downloads, security, and prohibited sharing are governed by our Download Policy.
6. Licenses
Products offered through WP License Pro may include original license activation.
For most products, activation is performed using a License Key or Activation Code. Some products may use account-based activation, direct service connection, or another activation method supported by the product.
The applicable license may be Lifetime, Annual, Renewable, or another duration specified on the product page.
License type, duration, website limits, update entitlement, and permitted use are governed by the product information and our Licenses Policy.
7. License Activation
Where a product requires activation by WP License Pro, the customer may be asked to provide temporary WordPress administrator access or a temporary login URL.
Access provided for this purpose is used only as reasonably necessary to perform the requested activation, installation, or related support.
Customers are responsible for providing valid access and ensuring that their website can accept the applicable product and activation.
Activation limits, transfers, domain changes, reactivations, and related procedures are governed by our License Activation Policy.
8. Updates
Where updates are included with the purchased license and supported by the product, eligible updates may be delivered through the product’s update system after successful activation.
The duration and availability of updates depend on the individual product and license purchased.
A Lifetime License should not be interpreted as applying to every product. A product is considered Lifetime only where it is specifically identified as such on its product page.
9. Third-Party Products
Plugins, themes, WooCommerce extensions, and other products available through WP License Pro may be developed and maintained by independent third-party developers.
Those developers control their products, software development, technical requirements, update systems, licensing infrastructure, and continued availability.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, references to third-party product names, trademarks, or developers do not imply that WP License Pro is an official partner, representative, or agent of the applicable developer.
Third-party developers may change, discontinue, replace, or modify their products, licensing systems, update mechanisms, prices, plans, or services.
Such decisions may be outside the reasonable control of WP License Pro.
10. Product Compatibility
Customers are responsible for reviewing available product requirements before purchasing and for maintaining a suitable WordPress, hosting, server, and website environment.
WP License Pro does not guarantee that every product will be compatible with every theme, plugin, hosting configuration, server environment, custom codebase, or third-party service.
Successful license activation confirms the applicable activation status but does not guarantee compatibility with every component installed on the customer’s website.
11. Customer Responsibilities
When using WP License Pro, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information when reasonably required;
- Keep your account secure;
- Use purchased products and licenses within the limits of your purchase;
- Provide valid website access when required for an activation or support request;
- Review product requirements before purchasing;
- Follow the applicable Download, License, Activation, and Refund Policies; and
- Use our website and services only for lawful purposes.
You are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of your website before installing, updating, configuring, or modifying WordPress software.
12. Prohibited Use
You must not use WP License Pro or its services to:
- Share or redistribute protected download links;
- Redistribute purchased files in violation of our Download Policy;
- Extract, disclose, sell, or share private license credentials;
- Circumvent activation or website limits;
- Obtain unauthorized access to another customer’s account;
- Use automated systems to abuse our downloads or services;
- Commit fraud or submit intentionally false information;
- Interfere with the security or operation of the website;
- Attempt to bypass technical protections; or
- Use our services in violation of applicable law.
Serious or repeated violations may result in restriction or termination of the affected service or account.
13. Subscriptions and Packages
WP License Pro may offer subscriptions, activation packages, bundles, credits, or other multi-product plans.
Each package is subject to the quantities, duration, activation limits, transfer allowances, and other conditions displayed when it is purchased.
Customers are responsible for reviewing these conditions before completing an order.
Where a subscription renews automatically, the customer is responsible for cancelling it before the applicable renewal date if they do not wish to continue.
Refund rules for subscriptions, packages, unused allowances, and renewals are governed by our Refund Policy.
14. Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds and order cancellations are available only under the conditions stated in our Refund Policy and any mandatory rights provided by applicable law or an applicable payment provider.
In particular, genuine license activation problems should be reported promptly so that our support team can investigate and attempt to resolve the issue.
Customers should review the Refund Policy before purchasing.
15. Support
WP License Pro provides support for matters related to purchases, downloads, and license activation services provided through our website.
Support does not necessarily include general WordPress development, website design, custom coding, server administration, or troubleshooting unrelated third-party products unless expressly included with the purchased service.
Customers must provide sufficient information for our team to investigate a reported issue.
Response and resolution times may vary depending on the complexity of the request.
16. Intellectual Property
The WP License Pro website, branding, original written content, graphics, interface elements, and other materials created specifically for WP License Pro may be protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Third-party plugins, themes, trademarks, logos, product names, and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.
Purchasing a product through WP License Pro does not transfer ownership of the original developer’s trademarks, copyrights, accounts, or other intellectual property beyond the rights applicable to the purchased product.
17. Service Availability
We aim to keep WP License Pro and its customer services available and functioning reliably.
However, uninterrupted or error-free access cannot be guaranteed.
The website, downloads, activation services, or other features may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical problems, hosting or network failures, security incidents, third-party service interruptions, developer-side changes, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Where reasonably possible, we will work to restore affected services.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WP License Pro will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use or inability to use a third-party product or our services.
This may include losses resulting from website downtime, loss of data, software conflicts, incorrect configuration, third-party developer changes, hosting problems, or use of a product in an unsupported environment.
Customers are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups before installing, updating, or modifying software on their websites.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
19. Account Suspension or Termination
WP License Pro may restrict or suspend an account or specific service where reasonably necessary because of fraud, security concerns, payment disputes, serious or repeated violations of these Terms, unauthorized redistribution, abuse of download or licensing systems, or unlawful activity.
Where appropriate and reasonably possible, restrictions will be limited to the affected account, order, product, download, or activation.
Termination or restriction does not remove rights that the customer may have under applicable law.
20. Privacy and Personal Information
Personal information collected through WP License Pro is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
This includes information associated with customer accounts, orders, payments, support requests, analytics, and temporary website access provided for activation.

21. Changes to These Terms
