Breakdance Forms Pro adds Breakdance Forms for Oxygen to the Oxygen 6 editor. This WordPress form builder handles contact enquiries, lead collection and more detailed multi-step forms within your page design. It also supplies dedicated login, registration and password-recovery forms for sites that need visitor accounts.
A WordPress contact form gathers enquiry details, while multi-step forms divide longer applications into manageable sections. Conditional fields show only questions relevant to earlier answers.
