Hotel Booking Email Attachments Pro – MotoPress

Hotel Booking Email Attachments Pro for Guest Documents

Hotel Booking Email Attachments Pro sends useful files with MotoPress reservation emails. A guest welcome guide, property map or arrival document can travel with the booking confirmation instead of requiring a separate staff message. MotoPress Hotel Booking Email Attachments uses files from the WordPress Media Library and associates them with reusable attachment records.

The parent MotoPress Hotel Booking plugin is required and is separate from this license. This extension supplies WordPress email attachments for that booking workflow; it does not create the documents themselves or replace the site’s email delivery service.

Booking Confirmation Attachments and Reusable Files

• Property-specific attachments: Assign documents to individual accommodation types. Their selected files are included automatically in the customer’s confirmed-booking email, so an apartment guest can receive different instructions from a villa guest.
• Reusable attachment records: Each record represents one Media Library file. The same record can be assigned to several accommodation types or referenced in more than one email template.
• Multiple documents: An accommodation type can have several attachments, with control over their order. Bookings involving multiple accommodation types can include their combined documents without repeatedly attaching the same file.
• Email template tags: An attachment tag can be placed in Hotel Booking email templates to include a shared document. The tag key remains independent of the attachment record’s URL slug.
• Custom notifications: Tags can also be used with the separate Hotel Booking Notifier add-on. This extends automated guest emails to the custom notifications provided by that additional plugin; Notifier is not included here.
• File and language handling: Missing or unreadable files are skipped while valid attachments remain available. Optional WPML integration resolves translated attachment records and files for the booking language when those translations are configured.

Free vs Pro

Hotel Booking Lite is a separate free booking foundation. The reviewed developer page lists Email Attachments as a paid extension and does not identify a free edition. WPML is optional and needed only for the described translation integration.
