Appointment Booking PDF Invoices Pro for Automated Customer Invoices

Appointment Booking PDF Invoices Pro creates PDF documents for reservations made through the MotoPress Appointment Booking plugin. Service businesses can send customers their appointment and payment details without preparing a separate document for each booking. The extension connects invoice delivery to the booking emails already used on the website.

This PDF invoice plugin requires the parent Appointment Booking plugin, which is separate from the add-on. It generates documents for unpaid bookings too; payment or booking changes are reflected when an updated invoice is generated. These MotoPress invoices therefore describe the booking record, rather than proving that every reservation has been paid.

Branded Appointment Booking Invoices

• Company identity: Customize the invoice template with your company name, logo, address and additional business information. Font choices help keep the document consistent with your other customer communications.
• Booking information: Each invoice includes the relevant customer, service and payment details, along with its associated booking ID. The extension combines this changing information with your saved company details.
• Invoice numbering: Combine text and available date or time tags to create a suitable numbering format. Sequential numbering can begin from a starting invoice ID you specify.
• Automated PDF invoices: Select supported email recipients or use the invoice tag in an email template. Customers receive the PDF as an attachment they can view, download or print.
• Website and dashboard access: Show an invoice link on the booking confirmation page. Administrators can also generate and access documents from an individual booking or the bookings list.

For collecting extra information before an appointment, the related Appointment Booking Checkout Fields Pro extension adds configurable inputs to the booking form.

Free vs Pro

The free Appointment Booking Lite plugin provides a scheduling foundation. It is not a free edition of the paid MotoPress Appointment Booking PDF Invoices add-on. A separate free version of this invoice extension was not verified.
