Breakdance Forms Pro adds Breakdance Forms for Oxygen to the Oxygen 6 editor. This WordPress form builder handles contact enquiries, lead collection and more detailed multi-step forms within your page design. It also supplies dedicated login, registration and password-recovery forms for sites that need visitor accounts.

- Install the extension alongside Oxygen 6, then add a form from the Breakdance Forms category.
- Configure fields, conditional rules and submission actions. Check the email recipient and any connected service settings.
- Submit a test entry from the live page and verify each action. When storing entries, review them under Oxygen → Form Submissions.
Styling note: Each form can be styled through its own Design tab. Site-wide form styling additionally requires the separate Breakdance Elements for Oxygen extension. It is not included with this Forms product.
Free vs Pro and Requirements
