Hotel Booking Checkout Fields Pro adapts the checkout form used for MotoPress accommodation reservations. Property managers can collect guest details, arrival preferences, agreements or supporting files through the same booking workflow. MotoPress Hotel Booking Checkout Fields extends the parent booking plugin, which is required.
Hotel Booking Custom Fields and Form Controls
- New field types: Build a custom booking form with text, textarea, checkbox, email, phone, select, country and date-of-birth inputs. Heading and paragraph elements separate sections or explain what guests should provide.
- Field guidance: Edit labels, descriptions and supported placeholders so each input has a clear purpose. The checkout field editor also provides required and optional settings for appropriate fields.
- Default field limits: Existing Hotel Booking form fields can be adjusted, but their system name and field type remain fixed. The default email field cannot be disabled or made optional because it is needed for a reservation.
- Field order and appearance: Arrange fields with drag-and-drop controls and assign custom CSS classes. This helps group the guest information form by topic without changing the information stored in each field.
- File collection: The Hotel Booking file upload field lets guests submit relevant documents through checkout. Use it when a property needs supporting material alongside the reservation details.
- Emails and reports: Custom checkout fields are available as email tags, allowing selected answers or all submitted custom information to appear in customer and administrator messages. Field data can also be included in booking reports exported to a spreadsheet.
