Description
WordPress Contact Form Addon for Visual Forms and Email Enquiries
WordPress Contact Form Addon adds a form widget to MotoPress Content Editor. It lets a website owner build enquiry and feedback forms within the existing visual page-building workflow. MotoPress Contact Form is intended for collecting visitor information and delivering it by email, with field controls that suit different kinds of requests.
Features and Controls
- Field selection: Use text, email, telephone, number and multiline fields, alongside dropdowns, checkboxes, radio buttons and labels. A form can collect a short message or several structured answers.
- Input requirements: Mark fields as required or optional and use the browser’s HTML5 validation. Labels can remain beside the input or be used as placeholders, depending on the form design.
- Email templates: Create a separate message body for each form using its field names. Submitted values replace the corresponding placeholders, helping the recipient read the details in a consistent order.
- Spam filtering: Google reCAPTCHA is available after its account keys are configured.
- Presentation controls: Adjust the submit label and status messages. The form inherits theme styling, while custom CSS classes allow further changes to the complete form or individual fields.
MotoPress Content Editor is required to use this WordPress contact form addon. It is an extension for that visual editor.
Form Identification and Message Settings
| Setting | How it works |
|---|---|
| Form ID | Use letters, numbers, underscores or hyphens to identify a form. |
| Email subject | Insert [form-name] and [blog-name] to identify the originating form and website. |
| reCAPTCHA language | Enter a language code, such as en, de or es, in the addon settings. |
Fluent Forms Pro builds contact, payment and multi-step forms, with conditional fields and email notifications for submitted responses.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Can visitors upload documents through this form?
No. MotoPress confirms that this Content Editor addon does not provide an attachment or file-upload field.
Can I arrange the form in two columns?
The form uses theme styling by default. MotoPress documents custom CSS for a custom form layout rather than a drag-and-drop layout tool within the addon.
Can I track submissions as Google Ads conversions?
MotoPress says the addon does not have a built-in option for that workflow; implementing it requires custom development.
What license, files and updates are included, and is payment one-time?
This store offer provides a Lifetime Original License with a one-time payment, original plugin files and automatic updates directly from the developer.
Do you need access to my website to activate the license?
Yes. Provide a temporary login link or temporary administrator credentials so WP License Pro can activate the license on your website. You can remove that access after activation.
